3 Ingredient Christmas Cake!

 Merry Christmas, Little Chefs!🎅

Today we're going to cook 3 Ingredient Christmas Cakes!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of dried mixed fruits
• 1 cup of chocolate flavoured milk
• 1 cup of self-raising flour

Steps:

1. Put the dried fruit in a large bowl and pour over it the chocolate milk
2. Cover the bowl with cling-wrap and leave it in the refrigerator overnight
3. Ask an adult to pre-heat the oven to 180℃ (or 160℃ for fan-forced ovens )
4. Line a 20 cm round cake tin in baking paper and set it aside
5. Sift the self-raising flour above the dried fruit and chocolate milk mixture.
6. Get the tin you set aside earlier and pour the mixture in
7. Put the cake tin in the oven and wait two and a half hours
8. Ask an adult to take the cake out and leave it to cool
9. Take the cake out of the tin, and enjoy!
